First Novena by St. Francis de Sales Cathedral.

        Preparation to celebrate the 125th Jubilee celebrations of the grotto of Our Lady of Lourdes at Seminary Hills begin in right earnest with a novena service from Friday 03 February.

            The grotto has come a long way since the work to build it began way back in 1892 by G B Heysmond. Bishop Riccaz helped further the cause of building a grotto to Our Lady of Lourdes.

         Todays Novena will be conducted by St. Francis de Sales Cathedral. The theme will be Mary Model of our Faith.
